our second stay in florence and novella benedicta exceeded our expectations once again. charming apartment, welcoming host, and perfect location near the city center. highly recommended for families.

No kitchen utensils.

Clean apartment with favourable location adjacent to restaurants and Florence congress centre, and also the beautiful old city and the train station. Quiet atmosphere, exceptionally comfortable beds. Welcoming and pleasant staff and excellent service. Location in a quiet area.

Oven should be added.

The apartment was clean and located just next door to the train station, restaurants, and the center. I've had a venue with 2 toilets and shower, for instance. Got extra touches like hairdryers, a bidet and shower caps in the bathroom.

The location of the apartment couldn't be better. It's right in the center, close to everything. You can easily walk to all the attractions and it's very near to the train station.

The noise from people talking in the laneway at night could be bothersome.

My family and I stayed at Novella Apartments for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, close to the train station and a short walk to the city center and major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. The apartment was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a great convenience for our group of five. The air conditioner was a lifesaver in the 40-degree weather. We also loved the rooftop terrace, perfect for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. an excellent stay and we plan on coming back in the future.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The apartment was stunning and the staff went above and beyond. Elderly-friendly alternative accommodation was arranged at a discount. Well-stocked with amenities, close to train station and main square.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the spaciousness, comfort, and great atmosphere of Novella Balcony. It was perfect for working and staying together. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of both the Florence congress center and the beautiful old city. There were plenty of amenities, including a washing machine and two bathrooms with showers. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance and the option to store our bags. The air conditioning and roof terrace were also great features.

Additionally, the location was convenient, being close to key attractions and the train station. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the washing machine and air conditioning.

The building had a noticeable smell of smoke upon entry, although it did not affect the apartment itself. Another downside was the occasional noise at night, which could be disruptive.

Novella Benedicta Apartments had a very central location, just a stone's throw away from the train station. the apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a good shower and a well-equipped kitchen that made it feel like a home away from home. the staff were extremely helpful and the wifi connection was strong. The apartment was spacious and even had a washing machine, which was a bonus. cons: nothing ☺️.
